New members: a new username and password is NOT automatically created nor emailed to you when you join GTHOG.
You must request your id yourself.
Existing members: your existing username may be deleted if you have not renewed (paid) your GTHOG dues for the current year.
To get a username and password, you must first be a paid member of GTHOG (we will check our member list).

to send an email to the GTHOG Webmaster. So that we may verify your request, you must include in your email:
- Correct Name: Also, tell us your preference for your first name (example: Mike or Michael, Dave or David, ...).
- Correct Email Address: Must match the email address you gave when you joined GTHOG. Make sure your email address
is correct or, of course, you will not receive a reply from GTHOG (this is a VERY common error).
GTHOG does not want to have its email address on spam/junk emailing lists. To avoid that happening, you will
NOT receive an email reply from GTHOG if you provide a name or email address we do not recognize.

If you have spam filtering software, make sure you turn it off or otherwise configure it so that you
can receive an email reply from GTHOG.
Be patient! It may take some time to create your username and password.
Your request is being processed by an unpaid volunteer who has a life, a family, a motorcycle to ride, and a few weeks vacation each year.
